- New customers will immediately get the highest level (Nyala Master) in the month of account opening. The calculation of eligibility in the month of account opening is by comparing the average balance in the month of account opening with the average balance before opening the account. If there is an increase in funds from fresh funds of at least IDR 5,000,000, then Customers are eligible to get rewards. Reward payments will be made in the following month after the month of account opening.
- Nyala service level adjustment occurs on the 3rd of each month according to the Average Combined Balance from the previous month.
Example: In March 2025, Customer B Average Combined Balance is IDR 25,750,000, on April 3, 2025, Nyala Customer B service is Nyala Pro.
- Funds and product placement must originate from other bank (Fresh Funds) and cannot be transferred from other OCBC accounts.
- Customer are required tfollow Save scheme before participating in other Program schemes.
- Customers can only get 1(one) time reward from each scheme every month.
- The form of Reward credited tthe Customer will be adjusted tthe following product type:
- Rewards will be credited in the form of cashback for Tanda 360 Plus IDR/Giro Rupiah products.
- Rewards will be credited in the form of Poinseru for Tanda iB product.
- Rewards will be credited in the form of Gold Savings balance for Gold Savings product.
- Customers must ensure that the account is active and not blocked/restricted for any reasons at the time the payment of the program reward is credited by the Bank.
- This program cannot be combined with other new customer programs.
- OCBC has the right to not processing/cancelling the provision of cashback to Customers who, based on OCBC’s assessment, are indicated thave committed fraud on account opening and/or included in OCBC’s fraud list.

How to Get Customized Debit Card for your Pet
- Make sure the customers has successfully opened Nyala Account with OCBC84-PET promo code and placed the product according to the program scheme above
- If the customer does not open an account on OCBC mobile with the promo code OCBC84-PET, the card will not be processed
- Customers can submit Pet Photo in OCBC Web Form Buka Nyala + Custom Debit khusus Anabulmu
- Customer must submit Complete Name, Email, OCBC Account Number, Pet’s Name at the OCBC Pet Web Form
- Customers are required to submit Pet photo at the webform no longer than 5 working days
- Custom Nyala Global Debit will be sent to Customer’s home address that are registered at OCBC system no longer than 14 working days
- Customize Nyala Global Debit for Pet only available for OCBC New Customers
